1. Is Genius Central’s Support Team able to help me with an order?

Yes. Please know that you can always reach out to our Retailer Support Team during regular business hours (8:00am – 6:00 pm EST). If there is an ordering emergency, you can contact our On-Call Team to assist you in getting those critical orders placed. Dial 800.360.2231, option 1 for help.

2. Will my services from Genius Central be impacted?

No. All of Genius Central’s applications are web-based and can be accessed from any computer in any location with your login and password 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

3. Can I create orders from my home?

Yes. Just login to www.mygeniuscentral.com to review past orders or to create a new order for your store.

Did you know:

  1. Your order history can be reviewed in www.mygeniuscentral.com
  2. Your order history can be reviewed when scanning in BUYiQ in the Previous Order QTYs box.
  3. Orders can be duplicated in www.mygeniuscentral.com and then edited for current needs.
  4. BUYiQ can be accessed on a desktop or a laptop. It requires you to copy and paste UPCs into the search bar to add products to an order. Visit buyiq.geniuscentral.com to login.

3. Can I update my prices for retailers ordering through Genius Central?

Yes. You can logon to www.suppliergenius.com to update your pricing and promotions to publish to retailers.

4. Can I still process my orders?

Yes. If you are processing orders for retailers who use Genius Central to create orders please logon to www.suppliergenius.com. If you need to process EDI orders from trading partners, you can logon to hq.geniuscentral.com.

Absolutely! Just login to your Sales Genius account. If you talk to your retailer via the phone, simply create the turnover order, email the retailer a copy and submit to the supplier.
